Dr. Kumaran Pillay is a highly experienced chiropractor with nearly twenty years of international clinical experience. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout his career, he has worked in South Africa, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and the Netherlands, among other places, and combines chiropractic care with extensive knowledge of sports, rehabilitation, and movement-related conditions. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Kumaran has a particular interest in sports-related injuries, back and neck pain, and functional recovery.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

His background extends beyond the treatment room. In addition to his work as a chiropractor, he has spent many years teaching at universities, mentoring students, conducting research, and holding various leadership positions in higher education. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Among other roles, he worked as a Senior Lecturer and Clinical Supervisor at the International Medical University in Malaysia and as Head of the Allied Health and Chiropractic program at the University of South Wales.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Kumaran also has extensive experience in the world of sports. He has worked with professional and amateur teams in various countries, including the PEC Zwolle youth academy, various soccer and rugby teams, and national sports teams in Malaysia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sports chiropractic is an important part of Kumeran’s career. He has worked with athletes at various levels and in various sports, including soccer, rugby, track and field, field hockey, dodgeball, and archery. <\/span><\/p>\n

In the Netherlands, he worked at PEC Zwolle\u2019s youth academy, among other places, where he was responsible for providing support during games and managing injuries. Kumeran’s career took him to various countries and healthcare settings. He worked in South Africa, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, the Netherlands, and Saudi Arabia, among other places. <\/span><\/p>\n

As a result, he has gained experience within a variety of healthcare systems and with patients from diverse backgrounds and with a range of care needs.Throughout his international career, he has regularly combined clinical care with teaching, sports coaching, and academic work. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

For example, he worked not only as a chiropractor and sports chiropractor, but also as an instructor, clinical supervisor, and dedicated professional within various sports organizations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Kumaran also gained several years of experience in the Netherlands. Among other places, he worked at the Rug Zorg Kliniek in Meppel. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

He is now returning to the Netherlands to join the teams at Chiropractie Den Haag and Chiropractie Oosterheem.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

During your first appointment, Kumaran will discuss your symptoms, medical history, daily activities, and personal goals in detail.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
